Okafor and Nene are decent players, but if the Wizards are aiming for a 6-8th seed, that isn't going to cut it as a starting frontcourt. Especially considering how injury prone both can be. I can offer a significant upgrade at either PF or C. Gasol and Kaman (to replace okafor) for Porter (Ariza can easily start at SF for you anyway), Okafor (as contract filler), and a 2014 first round pick. Great deal for the Wizards to contend for the playoffs.

Porter is to replace Ariza who isn't the player he once was.Gasol is still a good solid player for his age but he is on the downside of his career, I am not interested in Chris Kaman though. I don't see this deal happening.

If you could take a look at this trade and tell me what you think and if you are interested, IMO it fills a need for everyone, especially the Wizards who get a pretty significant talent upgrade. The trade is proposed as follows:

http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=kq6mcp9

Also with Wizards sending 2014 1st round pick to the Lakers. (And the Bulls sending a second round pick to the Rockets)
